Every creation at Sweet Creations begins with Josephine - Our Head Baker, and the heart and soul of everything we do. Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, baking has always been her passion, from childhood days of experimenting in the kitchen to perfecting recipes for her family and friends. What started as thoughtful homemade bakes quickly grew into something much bigger, as word spread about her talent, care and craft.

Today, Josie pours that same joy, passion and attention to detail in every order. Whether it's a towering cake, soft cinnamon rolls or cookies decorated with delicate detail, she blends flavour and artistry with a personal touch. What sets her apart isn't just her skill but her approach: She listens carefully, asking about the people, the occasion and the story you want to share.
